Contest Terms and Conditions

1. ‘Want to win $500 – leave a review of your pet insurance provider and you could win a $500 gift card’ (the “Contest”) is open to residents of the United States, aged 18 and over.
2. The Contest is not open to employees or agencies of Compare Pet Insurance Services Inc., (the “Promoter”), its group companies or family members, or anyone else connected to the Contest.
3. Entrants to the Contest shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Contest you must complete your name and email address where specified before submitting your review. If you have any questions about how to enter or otherwise in connection with the Contest, please email us at contact@petinsurer.com with “$500 Contest” in the subject line.
5. Only one review per person is allowed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for reviews that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
6. The Contest opens on September 12, 2022 and closes on October 31, 2022. Reviews received after this time period will not be considered.
7. The winner will receive a US$ 500 Amazon voucher. Five runners-up will receive a US$ 100 Amazon voucher each. For terms and conditions (including how to use Amazon vouchers) please see Amazon’s U.S. website.
8. The winner and runners-up will be selected by the CEO of Compare Pet Insurance Services Inc. from all reviews received to ‘2022 Pet Insurance Reviews’ on petted.com (which can be seen here at pet insurance reviews) between September 12, 2022, and October 31, 2022, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter will select the winner and runners-up based on The Promoter’s opinion of the strength of their online review submitted to ‘2022 Pet Insurance Reviews’, and its helpfulness and relevance to other pet owners.
9. The winner and runners-up will be notified by email on or before November 7, 2022, and will be sent details of how to claim their prize.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
12. The Promoter shall use and take care of deleting any personal information you supply to it as described in the Contest and in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at privacy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Contest, you agree to the collection, retention and usage of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Contest entry.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
14. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this Contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control. The decision of The Promoter in all matters relating to the Contest is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This Contest is void in all areas where prohibited by state, municipal or federal law.
